Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed on domikriss.com. The seller is Dominique Noirot, trading as DomiKriss, Flat 6, 79a Cricklewood Broadway, London NW2 3JR, United Kingdom, domi.noirot@gmail.com. See also our Legal information page. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products and availability
We sell clothing, framed pieces, prints and other artistic objects, often in limited quantities. Stock levels shown on the website are real: when an item shows “Sold out” or “Low stock”, that is the actual situation. Products may be withdrawn at any time. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical item.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken when you place the order, through our secure payment providers (card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where offered). We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a stock or pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and France, shipping from London. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customers outside the UK, including customers in France, are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged in their country. The goods are at your risk once delivered.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You can cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, and return them new and unused. Return costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page.
7. Faulty items and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, images, texts and other content on this website belong to Dominique Noirot and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses.
10. Your personal data
We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have to use the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
12. Contact
